Cancellation Policy

Unforeseen events or changes in your schedule may require you to either cancel or modify your reservation. To cancel your prepaid reservation with us, please provide notice a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup to receive a full refund, minus a $15 cancellation fee. Should you cancel fewer than 24 hours prior to your pickup time or are a "no show," no refund is due.

Before considering your party a "no-show," our drivers wait at your residence, hotel, or place of business for up to 15 minutes past your scheduled pickup time We make every possible attempt to reach you with the information you provide through your online reservation form.


Rescheduling a Pickup

When you reserve a pickup from an airport or cruise terminal and encounter any delays or cancellations that alter your pickup time, please contact us to reschedule your pick up as soon as that information becomes available. All airport and cruise terminal pickups are subject to the plane or cruise ship's arrival time. Our "no show" policy applies when flight or cruise passengers do not alert us to their new schedule, our driver arrives at the prescheduled meeting time, and the shuttle pickup time is grossly altered.

At Rite Time Transport, we are committed to protecting your privacy. The information you provide when you book your reservation is used to accommodate your transportation need and occasionally alert you to special offers, discounts, and promotions we wish to share with our valued customers.
